BRING one or more things to donate to the Country Store, including fun things children like to buy! The store will be open Friday 7-7:45 pm and Saturday 9:30-11 am.Friday, July 2:
4:00 PM-REGISTER, set up tent, games, relays, horseshoes, visiting. BRING balls, mitts, bats, etc.
6:00 PM- DINNER: Bring your own food for the Friday evening meal. Can't wait to see you!
7:45 PM- FIRESIDE: Take a piece of cake and let's celebrate Grandpa's birthday! (Cake provided). BRING your sing-alongs and such that your family can share at the Fireside (sound system provided).
Saturday, July 3:
7:30 AM- FLAG RAISING and BREAKFAST (provided)
9:00 AM-SERVICE PROJECT at cemetery. BRING gloves, grass clippers, rag & bucket, etc. Following the service project we will shoot rockets 300 feet in the air! There will be crafts, games, and visiting. BRING family artifacts to display or teach about.
11:00 AM- FAMILY HISTORY MEETING will feature "a Story from each Family Representative." Then we will finalize our new Barrus Family Organization.
12:45 PM- LUNCH. Sloppy Joes and drinks provided. Please bring a pot luck item to share such as a salad, dessert, veggies, chips, or the like. After lunch visit, put things away, clean.2:00 pm-Clear Park.
